There's a lot of complicated slides that seem to bring credibility to the presentation. Also, words like cellulose, yields, revolutionize, and enzymatic hydrolysis make me think this guy knows what he's talking about.

Corn and sugarcane is not the way to go. Biomass taken from rice husks, switch grass, and sawdust can be more efficient and sustainable. The technology to produce the fuel is becoming cost effective (especially as gasoline prices go up).
