Urban Planning Holiday Party!
Festivities will be in Koreatown next Thursday, the 11th. We'll first meet up at beloved first year Mathew Palmer's terrace, which has plenty of pretty open space for us to use and make merriment in, and then roll to one of the many delightful local haunts: the HMS Bounty, Frank n' Hanks, or maybe even a little karaoke joint. Bring some booze and/or a snack with you! The current economic situation calls for shared costs, after all ;-) Here's the instructions from our gracious host:

It's a pretty big spot. And we throw a good pre-party. Local bars are cheap and fun. It's walking distance to both the Wilshire Rapid Express and the Red / Purple Lines.
What to bring:
All forms of graduate student habitual delight (food, drinks, etc.)
